SCR METHOD
Firstly
| On the estimate of injection quantity, generally injection ratio is established according to each subsoil, which is based from the soil boring log.
But on the case of execution design, why calculation of injection quantity per each step is executed as average injection quantity without consideration of each subsoil?
Usually estimated soil quality is not fit the real soil quality, or injection contro according to each subsoil had been estimated hard.
Improved ground forming by a injection core is accumulated improved subsoil per each step, quality of each step is caused of total injection effect. Average injection bring the injection effect lower. Injection control according to soil situation per each step cause the trust of injection higher. This matter had been the left theme. We have been studied the ground displacement situation during injection, and have found the method which make possible to find the ground situation on the each step in consideration of the displacement data. And we developed the SCR injection method which control injection per each step according to data of injection control system by computer. By this injection system, we make it possible to restrain harmful ground deformation according to slice ground deformation. And this injection system is programmed to execute most effective injection control, for restrain waste even if it does not happen ground deformation. Further study of this injection data would cause more developed construction on constructor's full responsibility. |
